Born and raised in Vancouver BC, Matthew Kevin Anderson is a dynamic and outgoing personality. After attending Vancouver film School’s full time acting program at the age of 20, Matt beat out hundreds of applicants as a co-host of the MTV Canada show 'Select'. He has interviewed a wide variety of celebrities and musicians including Avril Lavigne, Moby, The Goo Goo Dolls, LL Cool J, Nelly… the list goes on. Matt left MTV in 2003 to move to LA and continue his pursuit of acting. He has been back and forth between LA and Vancouver performing guest appearances on television shows and movies such as 'Trick ‘r Treat' and 'Storm Cell'. Always keeping things challenging, Matt produced a Sketch Comedy group called 'The CLASSHOLES' from 2005 - 2007. In this group, he followed his passions of acting, writing and directing. As well as doing voice work for the video game 'Sword of the Stars', Matt continues to interview bands for Vancouver IAM, host live music shows, act and write. He is currently pitching his own show ideas and working on a radio show HOTMESS for 101.9fm CITR.
