Cooperatives come in many forms, from artist collectives to restaurants. VJ Jen Whalen took a trip to Firefly, a living space created by several of Miami’s youth who were interested in learning and growing together as an extended family.

Free spirit that loves to travel. The most important thing next to people in my life is my bicycle. I ride a fixed gear in the streets every day. I don't see life any other way. I am chasing a wild dream to bring quality back to news journalism. I have graduated college (UCF), where I learned the standard way to report the news. Now I'm ready to report the news the way the people need to hear it. People need the truth.

This is a compilation of clips from the work I did at the University of Central Florida. I was a reporter for the live college news show called "Knightly News."
